Returns & Refunds — The Drop Rack

Cancellation Window Cancellations should be made within 15 minutes after an order has been placed.

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Return Email us at support@thedroprack.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
