Shipping Policy — The Drop Rack

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@thedroprack.com.

 

How to Return Email us at support@thedroprack.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
