4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. The Drop Rack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
